Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Whitchurch Glass Designs piece. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our glass pieces, but accidents can happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (925) 451-2570
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Return Process

  1. Contact us to initiate a return
  2. Carefully repackage the item using appropriate protective materials
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective
  • We recommend insuring return shipments due to the fragile nature of glass
